Order Cancellation

If you decide not to proceed with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support as quickly as possible.

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered the packing or dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled because it is already being prepared for delivery.

If your cancellation request is received before shipment, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.

Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person you designate, receives the ordered goods.

Returning Products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you should return the goods within 14 days.

To be eligible for a full refund, products should:

• Be returned in good condition.

• Show no unnecessary use beyond what is required to inspect the product in the same way you could in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond normal inspection and its value has been reduced, an appropriate deduction may be applied to your refund where permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect shipment, or a defective product, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received by Trendkp.

Refunds

After your returned products have been received and inspected, we will process your reimbursement promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been agreed upon.

Where applicable, refunds will be completed within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may delay reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Items Excluded from Cancellation

• Goods manufactured according to your specifications.

• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
